Well - I certainly don't think anyone on here can help you. There could be a hundred reasons. Go to a gynaechologist and have yourself and her checked out.

Hello, it could be either or both of you, If you have been trying for over 9 months and you are under 30 i would see your GP if you have been trying for over 6 onths and over 30 then see your GP. There could ba any amount of problems and these can only be diagnosed by GP and fertility specialist. Dont dispair there are lods of solutiong and things out there.
There is loads you can be doing now to help, good diet, excerice, stop drinking and smoking maintian a halthy weight, take a good multivitamina dnw ell man/woman supplements, folic acid for your wife, regular sex. Try using ovulation predictor kits for more accurate detection of ovulation.
Good Luck

We can't answer that question as we don't know your wife's medical history or the entire situation.
That said I would deeply encourage you to speak with a doctor. Secondary infertility is quite common. If you've been trying for more than 6 months it's time to speak with a doctor. He can screen you both to see what the problem is and if there is something that can be done about it. Don't wait and wonder, it could be something very simple!

Dont worry, i have a 3 year old son and it took my hubby and i 6 months to conceive, where with our son i conceived straight away. if you've been trying for more than 12 months see your GP, otherwise relax and let nature do the rest. wishing you the best of luck xxx

Firstly to advise you on this i would need to know how infertility has been confirmed?and the reasons for this,If you havent been diagnosed as being unable to concieve it could just be the way some people are it can take a while and its important to relax. If you have passed the 12 month mark of trying you should consult your gp.But if you have been diagnosed i would need more information to advise you.

You should elaborate more. How do you know she cant get pregnant? Is it because you have been trying for a while and nothing is happening? Or were you told that she cant conceive? Why not speak to a medical professional who can guide you in the proper way?

Could be you, could be her. How old is she? If she's in her fourties or late thirties, maybe it's her. There's always a possibility that it's you, so you should get your gene making materials checked at a clinic. Also, maybe she is taking some birth control or something...ask her if she is. Sometimes women keep it a secret for some reason.

Maybe you two just aren't doing the deed on the right days.
Get your wife to Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating plus it keeps tracks of your periods. It will even email you ahead of time to alert you of your upcoming fertile/ovulation and period dates. It is a free and very helpful website.

ask the dr to run tests on both of you to see if there is a problem there. maybe it's just timing. if the timing is off when you do try to conceive, then that could be it. i'd talk to your dr about it.
