no. i don't think so. in my OPINION, someone feels they have been wronged by the Y!A team and has chosen as their method of vindicating him/herself to study the exact wording of the community guidelines and use them to punish all Y!A users since he/she feels victimized by the system. it would seem that having exhausted all channels that Y!A provides, and not being satisfied, that this person chooses now to manifest his/her anger by punishing the people who wish to use Y!A whenever it is "rightful" to do so.
one might look into something like "battered women's' syndrome to understand the cause/effect relationships of a mind working in this manner. other related psychological insights may be gained from reading about Messianic complexes.
