Of course, pressure is stored energy and so can be transfered into speed.

NO!.
Speed is speed. MPH. KPH. KNOTS etc.
Pressure is pressure. 8 Bar. 8kpm. 8 Lbs per square inch.etc

You cannot convert between units of different kinds of physical quantities. Bars measure pressure and the other 3 measure speed!

You could convert 8 bar into other units of pressure (eg. lbs/square inch or mms of Hg) but not into a measurement of speed

Bernoulli's Equation (sp?)
P/pg + v^2/2g + z = constant
if z = constant
P/pg = constant - v^2/2g
and since 2g is a constant also we can combine this with the constant on the RHS. And multiplying by 2g gives:
2gP/pg = (constant - v^2)
2P/p = constant - v^2
v^2 = constant - 2P/p
v = sqrt (constant -2P/p)
where v is velocity, P is pressure and p is density.
Or
(For constant density):
v is proportional to minus the square root of pressure.

The pressure equation is...
P=M/A and since none of these have nothing to do with speed/velocity i dont think so...sorry
