Are you overweight?does either of your parents have a "Thyroid Gland Problems" if so I would advise next time you get a check up to get test done..

boys in puberty may develop enlarged nipples or breast(gynecomastia) due to elevations of estrogen in their blood. This may pass soon after. When his testosterone levels return to normal, the swollen nipples will subside and return to normal. It is common.

if people are horny their nipples get swollen or if you keep touching it, it also gets swollen

It can also be caused by steroid use.
