yeah, you can. just don't get your account removed by asking stupid questions. yahoo might take it away. just ask questions like, why is the sky blue? what's ur favorite tv show? what should i wear today? what do you do on the computer besides this?

Try to ask something relevant and try to answer the questions from the interests you have, then you can reach at any level.
