Is there anymore? Um... Like Rey,Lunamaria, Auel, Meyrin, Cagalli and etc ID Cards.....
And what's the meaning of IMMUNIZATION ADAPTATION on the card?
And is there any website which can enlarge these cards?

I don't think they have those cards posted online.
I think the meaning of IMMUNIZATION ADAPTATION is the date when that person becomes the citizen of PLANT. Note the dates on the ID and the time that person swears in as their citizen. Shinn became a citizen of PLANT after he was rescued from ORB, giving the timeframe of CE73.
Cards can be enlarged by using Adobe photoshop, but it has some limits as to how big you can get. Scanning the original card with a lot of dpi would be the best option.
