Kill the internet access to the program.
How much does he know about computers and software?

You can do this easy... i can make it free as well.

Download zonealarm pro firewall.

Download it here, http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/company/products/trial_zaFamily/trial_zaFamily.jsp?dc=12bms&ctry=US&lang=en&lid=zassskulist2_trial

You can download any version. Install it, then use this key and put it in when it ask's for it.

c8qg4 idh3d d4qaa f6ssx5 xf0qgo (put a - where the spaces are.)

When you done installed it open the firewall (icon on the bottom right or go to all programs.)

Then when you oppen it on the left click on "Program Control"
Then click on "Programs" Tab (center of the firewall)

Then look for "Messenger" with the little msn messenger icon

Right next to where it says "Auto" it may have 1-3 green bars... click on it and click on "Kill"
This will kill all internet activity to that program, you can do this to any program on your computer.

If you want to lock it so he can not change the settings, then click on "OverView" (top left) and click on "Preferences"
and click on "Set Password"

If you need any help, you can email me or message me on yaoo at hacked.suicide@yahoo.com or hacked.suicide on yahoo messanger.

Good luck!

Disconnect him from the internet, and teach him what a library is. believe it or not libraries tend to have more truthful and honest facts when it comes to information for assignments. Failing that, maybe get a router and block any MSN connections, or put it on a banned list through Norton or whatever you are using and put a parental control password on it this should stop him.

Like Cherry B says, make yourself the Administrator and set him up with a Guest profile so he can't reinstall msn. Then uninstall it. Only you can install/uninstall programs once you've set it up like this.
