There are pompous and soulless people throughout society, so it is not surprising that they exist on this site as well.
I believe that there is actually more than one targetting P&S
and I would welcome Yahoo monitoring their activities as it is without dobt harrassment of other users.
The vigilantes opinion is only that - one opinion.
They should not have the power to report people to deletion, a power they do enjoy and do use repeatedly
The report abuse system requires further attention

I hate it! You've hit the nail on the head by calling her a vigilante. That kind of behavior is never tolerated in society and she is flouting unsaid community guidelines by acting as a narc. There was never a need for a person like this. If somebody was offended by a question they would soon report it. There was no need for someone to visit upon every question and decide (based on their interpretation of the question, a totally subjective and meaningless judgment) whether or not it should stay posted and be available for answer.

Yea its always going to be about the have and the have not.
There will always be someone who gets upset because they either think you are talking about them or they took what you said wrong...
Doesn't matter who you are or what you do, someone will always take things the wrong way....

i think it's ridiculous.....if she doesn't like what goes on here, leave! those of us that use this service (not just monitor it) should be the only ones allowed to lodge complaints against other users....
