There are only two Budget Hotels in the area of Bur Dubai.
The cheapest is the Panorama Hotel with rooms starting at a rate of USD 41,00 per night
The second one is the New Penisula Hotel starting with USD 80 the night
Both hotels are located on Mankhool Road in Bur Dubai
Shwarma is the most available and cheapest food in Dubai. It costs between Dhs 3 - Dhs 5. Otherwise it's hard to name any prices for meals. Depends to much on where, what and when you eat. Lunch buffets are mostly cheap. If you want to go out at night, look out for "Happy hour" which is very common here.

if it was in Deira then u can find some cheapER stuff .. but in bur dubai ? hmm... depends on the quality ur searching for !
