Umm.. Unless you are going to do fancy graphs, and comprehensive data tracking of your employee records, I don't recommned MS Access for you. For record keeping purposes and doing simple graphs, using spreadsheet programs like MS Excel is good enough. If you still hard set on MS Access, depends on what you want to do. You can spend 8 hours to get something together quickly, or 8000 hours to build a comprehensive database with appropriate user interfaces. Good luck.
