Home on the Range (2004) was the last traditionally animated feature length musical to be made at Disney

Tarzan is the last one I remember where music was a significant part of the story, but I don't know that I would call it a musical. The last musical was probably The Lion King.

lilo and stich was 4 years after mulan. Making it the most recent real musical. But brother bear, home on the range, and chicken little are both more recent and have music in them. this does not include pixar films :-)
