I already do surveys and the like...but I need to earn more. I am an ex admin officer and speak two languages. (Italian and English). I'm 51 and live in Australia. I have had agoraphobia all my life and no one seems to be able to help. I have bad reactions to meds. Thanks for any help.

become self-employed and sell yourself as a translator.
Contact the auction houses, the import & export companies and tell them you can translate the paperwork for Italian customs, speak to Italians etc.
You might want to do a technical writing course or get a translation qualification of come sort.
but being self employed is the ONLY REAL way to earn money at home. Anything else (apart from surveys) are scams. And surveys can never bring in a full time pay.

I think you should be a rep for people to sell their stuff on ebay. They can drop it by your house so you don't have to leave. You can figure out how to sell on ebay and take 25% commission on everything. Lots of people don't know how to do it, so there's a lot of money in doing it for them.
Or, you know, you could read up on agoraphobia, take some baby steps, and get some medication to get over it. It's an anxiety disorder, but it is treatable.
