Whoa heavy question. I think dahlmers is way more creepier just for the fact that he enjoyed eating his victims. C'mon Manson is a freaka** too, but literally eating the people you kill. That sh** is scary. Having parts of your victims in the freezer for a midninght snack?! WTF! That's just not right.

They are both creepy. Both are/were mentally unstable.
One was a little more aggressive though, which makes him slightly worse.
Dahmer was an actual killer. He got off on it. Necrophilia, cannibalism, etc. It was sick. He was a disturbed individual that started young, and there were plenty of signs before he even started his murders.
As for Manson, he was a manipulator that could talk mindless drones into doing his dirty work. He was troubled as a teen too. Both of them had hard lives. He's partially retarded now though. He's like a little kid. You can talk about him while he's sitting next to you as if he's not there at all and he wouldn't even realize you were talking about him. He's sort of silly.
They both are nut jobs.

well I have to say that Jeffrey Dahmer always had finger steaks available for eating, and I think this was intelligent, though perhaps creepy (He kept the human fingers in his shirt pocket). Manson was able to manipulate and control others very effectively. Yep, Dahmer is the creepy one : )....

Mason by far. Dahmer was sick but all you have to do is look into Manson's eyes and that is enough to scare the hell out of someone.

hands down manson, dahlmer was mentally ill and i really believe in my heart he should have been humanely put to sleep.
