I complained to Trading Standards one year that many diaries described as 'Day to a Page' actually had 6 pages to a week, with Saturday and Sunday sharing a page. Trading Standards told me they couldn't do anything about it, because it was widely done.

I've only had this problem once, I noticed it before I had used the diary, and returned it, got my money back, and purchased a superior A5 diary from WHSmith.

The people from Trading Standards are CORRECT, - that, IS the case! However, I think that YOU are correct, ALSO! Like you, I believe, that there SHOULD be something, done, - I think, that it should be placed into legislation, under the terms of the Trades Descriptions Act, - because, if you BUY a "DAY-TO-PAGE" diary, - they do NOT come cheaply, - thus, I think, that you are entitled to expect to GET what you PAY FOR!

How much do you pay for your diary?

The most you have been shorted is 1/7 of your purchase price, so that is like what? A buck? Maybe two?

Now that you know this company "misleads" its customers, don't buy from them anymore.
