Well, there's Juneau for one. It's the capital of Alaska, but it is so UNLIKE the rest of Alaska. All they get almost year round is RAIN RAIN RAIN and hardly any snow. If someone wanted to punish me and they sent me to Juneau, that would be THE worst capital punishment.

Ok, then there's Madison, Wisconsin. What's up with that capital? It's like a little antique town... not set up like a capital at all. Don't send me there, either, as punishment... well, send me there rather than Juneau...
