dear brother,
first confirm the domain for the email id i.e rasik_ali@yahoo.com or gmail.com then send a test massage to the id and request him if his domain have chat options then u can talk easily to the person

try to send a mail to the person. if it is valid, the mail will be sent. otherwise the message 'id not valid' will be displayed and ur mail won't be sent
