If you have money or insurance, just look in the phone book. If money is tight, try calling your local community services, most offer free or discounted help. You could also try speaking with a member of the clergy, or someone that you feel comfortable with who will give you honest answers to your thoughts without telling you what to do, because only you can make that decision.

go to your local gp and try and explain the problem and then tell her or him, you would like to see a psychologist, if they refuse you can actually go to a psychologist without a referral, just look it up in your yellow pages under psychologist and ring and make a appointment.
