Omg i can't believe it. i mean i've been having bad luck ever since the beginning of this year, esp after my birthday. Not a single good thing happened to me. What have I done wrong to upset God? Or it is just THis random? is there any tips/ ways i can do to help my luck?

You lived to see another birthday, your family your friends, you can walk, talk, see and hear. That by itself would be the best darn luckiest day for someone who couldn't do all that.
Luck has nothing to do with life, life is how we live it.
