Thankfully im not a great fat thing!

I am 11st 8 = 162lbs and i have a concave belly and a large chest. so i dont think i am over weight, but charts say i am - hence i think weight charts are a guide.

I would say about 10st 8lb to 11st (im 37 5ft 4" and meant to be between 9st 5lb and 10st 2lb) look on the web for a BMI calculator it will give you a better idea of whats best for you

Use the Cad test..... After a bath jump in the air,on landing see how long it takes for every thing to stops jiggling,and wobbling about.Less than 1 to 2 seconds you are fine and the correct weight 3 to 5 secs you need to lose weight over 5 seconds,You will be in the papers,you have become a great fat thing.......................................

You can be any weight and still unhealthy if you're not fit.
Can you run 5km in less than 30 minutes.
Can you keep up in an aerobics class.
These are much better guides to whether you are a healthy weight.

http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/. Put in your weight and see what it says. Then try some other weights to see what happens.
