am i thinking to much into this?

Question

I met a guy about a three saterdays ago at a friends pool party. We had often shared glances towards each other. The next day he had called & we had chatted. He now calls everyday about twice or thrice a day to find out how i am & just to chat & one of those calls are just before we both get to bed. This morning when i had spoken to him he had said he had spoken to his uncle & his uncle had asked who he was talking to. he had said that he was talking to me & stuff. Now Im not sure if he was saying that because he would like to get serious or anything. (We both are muslim)
