i want to buy my council house,i have recieved a letter back saying the right to buy the following property has been admitted what does this mean?

If the letter is from the council it means you have the right to buy, make sure you use a "standard" company for a mortgage, ie. building society not one of the firms that advertise on tv " you have the right" they charge higher rates of interest.

some councils dont allow you to buy,yours obviously does.good luck
