i put the data of the y-axis of the curve in a column in excel and i need to calculate the intensity distribution for each datum or for the curve as a whole.

I'm sorry, but "intensity distribution" is not an English phrase. :(

You need to reword that for us to be able to help you.

Also, I don't know of any kind of "distribution" that one can calculate one datum (more commonly called "data point", although "datum" is also correct) at a time.

You probably meant "probability distribution", but changing the words to that still might not help you much.
