How much are you supposed to bench press based on your body weight to be considered fit?

Was wondering if there was some index or formula

you are supposed to bench at least your body weight. The best way is to bench double your weight and if you consider fit, you should bench 50 % over your bodyweight. For example, if you are 180 you should bench 270. 180/2=90+180=270 lbs.
