Yes, it's absolutley possible. Every time you catch yourself worrying, replace that thought with the positive outcome that you want. Don't allow your mind to go down the path of worry. Train yourself to immediately replace it with the positive outcome. Whatever you think about, you will manifest. Your mind is a powerful medium that turns thoughts into reality. If you allow worrisome thoughts to play in your mind, those thoughts will become reality. Remember that if you think of the positive outcome, expect it, feel what you'll be feeling when it happens, the positive outcome will happen.

well, I once heard from "Everyone is free(to wear sunscreen)" a song/i guess..prose that was released by baz luhrman in 1999)..that "worrying is as effective as trying to solve a mathematical equation by chewing bubblegum"..yes, it holds truth but preventing yourself from worrying seems impossible..anxiety as it goes is so tough to get through..you just gotta change the subject in your mind when you start to worry about those certain things. Try to focus on the things that you are secure about right now..and worry about everything else later.

Distraction. Anytime I get worried, I find something to distract myself. Try something that will hold you're attention. I watch Law & Order. Not much help I know... but it's the only way I know to keep myself from worrying.
