Is there a loss of resolution when you give a power point presentation on an interactive white board? (compared to how it looks on a monitor screen)

I need to show some old pictures - is 150 dpi too low a resolution?

I haven't had a problem with resolution. If your original photo is sharp then it should be on the interactive board as well.

What I have noticed is a change in color intensity from the monitor to the white board. Red in particular appears more orange when projected onto the larger board. So I am careful to use bolder colors to ensure the hue I want is the one that is seen.

I have had no problems with resolution with the interactive whiteboard I use. Maybe make the picture smaller on screen with a black border - that might make the picture stand out if you are having problems. But like I said I have never had any problems and we use 10 of them at my school. Good luck!
