Digimon. At least they are not fighting all of the time and the story is more interesting.

Dragon ball Z. First of all, is more popular and has created more interest around the wolrd. Secondly, the characters are more complex and depict real feelings. Is about the life of man form when he was a child to his death when he is grandfather. The sagas are full of action, comedy, and there is little romance so is not sappy. Digimon is mostly for little children with no real plotlines. Dragon ball z is anime while Digimon is a cartoon therefore, it doesn't hold a candle to Dragon ball z. Finally, Dragon ball z was the most succesful of all Dragon ball series not like Dragon Ball Gt which was a flop. It lasts for years and entertains children. Digimon is just about little children battling some so-called villains. Dragon ball z shows the battle between good and evil.

Dragon Ball Z 20/10 Naruto 8/10 (I didn't like the fact that the protagonists are small kids in a mainstream manga in shippudden if the final episode is good i will give it a 10/10) Digimon hmmm................6/10 (even though the good start i kind of bored that one because all the seasons are the same i mean the center idea.Couple of kids each one having it's own Digimon and going into the cyber-world,each time for a different reason) H.I.H!!!

I prefer Digimon. The drawing are better and the storyline is more interesting. I was a fan of Digimon when I am a kid. But now, I still watch Digimon sometimes.

DBZ hands down...!!! There is more action in the cartoon and the story makes more sence then Digimon. I used to watch Digimon and the plot went from ok to retarded..then they introduced new characters and I didn't even see what happend to all the old ones.

DRAGONBALL Z!!! the characters are amazing, the storyline is too, and all the enemies! there is so much action and drama and comedy quite a lot of the time and each characters story develops as time goes on!
also, if you watch it from dragonball, it's so cute cos you get to see Goku grow up, it's like you see his whole life! =P and it's all really imaginative and hooking! I can't just watch one episode, I have to watch tons! =D
whereas Digimon I was never really into. I did watch the first series but I didn't think it was that good. Also, at the time I thought it was a rip off of pokemon...
so go with dbz!!! =D

Dragonball Z . There is Dragonball , Dragonball Z and dragonball GT series in that order. there is so much more depth and interest in this legendary anime/manga than digimon which although i like is just a marketing scam to get people to to waste money on merchandise at the shops. Dragonball Z is somewhat addictive I have been obsessed with it for 7 years now and i'm now ashamedly in my 20's , ahem , Enjoy!

dragon ball z alright! coz its filed with action . the charecters and expressions are more real. but digimon is softer.
it all depends on what type you like
