You didn't mention if you want AGP or in PCI-E
In PCI-E
I would recomend a geforce 7300-le it sells at about 5200-5500 but you can get that at prices below 5K in grey market.
In AGP
you can opt for a geforce 6600 gt AGP version.It sells at about 6K but you can get it 1000 Rs lower in the grey market.
Coming to SLI it stands For Sequential Link Interface. It is a technology developed nvidia in which 2 PCI-E Geforce graphic cards can be connected in parallel in a supported motherboard. Giving you the power of 2 GPUs (graphic Processing Unit).
