The song is quite an old song. But its similar to the part " I ha ha haaaa haaaaa" from "want you" by Lloyd.

This song samples Spandau Ballet's song "True." A remix of this song featuring Andre 3000 and Nas was also released though the remix more heavily samples "True" than the original.
