Matt - 6.5" is pretty large for a 14 year old. Average for full grown adult men is about 6.0. Be proud - you are big and could still get bigger. That penis is large enough to satisfy any lady (or man).

If anyone told you 10 inch or 12 inch penis is the minimum that a guy should have, then they are probably frustrated with the problem of not getting a partner who cannot accomodate their elephant p*n*s or they are saying that to make themselves feel better. You on the other hand have a bit above average penis which any woman on the face of the planet can be more than happy with (unless she is a nympho). So stop worrying about the size and start studying the techniques...having a good weapon is not good enough. Succes lies in your ability to use it tactfully and in the right way.
Concentrate on your charactor and personality developement as well. Your charm might attract women. But if you want her to stay, you should have some traits that she thinks is great other than the quality of the organ between your legs.

Thats a very good size, above average, and as others have said, your penis should grow even more in late teens and early twenties

That's not small. That's above average. Average is between 5-6 inches. You will probably grow slightly longer too as you move into your upper teens.

Why are you concerned about the size of your penis? You and about a thousand other guys get on Yahoo Answers and ask the same dumb stupid questions about penis size.
How do I make it bigger? You don't!
How do I make it wider? - You don't!
Do pills make my penis larger? - No they don't!
Will "toys" make my penis larger? - No they won't.
Please don't waste our time on here about penis size. Be thankful that you got what you got. Learn to live with it. Learn to use it with technique so the lady will beg you for more - not more length but for more lovin';
