It is not clear that the person is going forever to US or shall come often, very often to India. In case a person who is a Resident Indian, he has to pay taxes in India and file return in Indian although he has earned income from US. Any perquisite or allowance received by him or her are fully exempted. If he is NRI then he need not file any return in India but he can open a NRI account for investments to be made by him in India and any income from investments is chargeable in India
