Why is that name always made fun of or known as a nerdy and stupid name? What if somebody was actually named that? I was just wondering why "Billy Bob" is thought of as dorky, nerdy, stupid, and dumb.

Most of the country thinks it is. But I'm sure in some parts of the country it's as distinguished as being named Bartholomew Aloyisius.

I acutally work with a guy named "Billy Bob", and yeah he's a good old boy. One of the few, the proud and the brave who can put away tequlia with the best of them, got a liver that clanks. His girlfriend is my boss. Go figure.
