God put our soldiers in the situation for a reason and we do not know what that is and it doesnt' matter where they are located in the world. God is trying to teach us all valuable lessone with something bad happens or someone dies. Have faith in what he is doing and open your mind and heart to learn the valuable lesson from God.

I do not believe that either of your premises is the motivating factor for the futile slaughter that is taking place in the Middle East as I believe there is a much simpler motive. Greed.
Any country that bankrupts itself and kills and cripples its young people claiming altruism and human rights is not acting in the best interest of its citizens.
If you study history you will find that all wars that this country and every country in the world has been involved in has never met these lofty ideals and never had any intention of doing so.
Use your intelligence to not be bogged down in peripheral events or ancillary results as raised by your questions, instead see who is profiting from this war then identify the politica connections and follow the time frames and the actions of the principal players and you will find who is getting rich at whose expense.
Now would be a good time for Americans to give up sports watching and start watching the politicians in America.
You are told to vote but there is no one to vote for because of a useless 2 party system that dominates the arena and reeks of corruptness. There is no area in America today that is functioning well enough to survive.
Remember we are a republic not a democracy. Block voting can destroy this republic and immigrants are learning how to block vote as are many americans. The result when fully implemented will result in abuse in terms you have never seen.
This may come as a shock to you but there are no qualified politicians or runners for office. If there were we would not have the quality of treaties we have, the massive debt that we have, the breakdown of our infrastructure and more so why don't you do something useful like encouraging everyone you know to take an interest in America to the extent that they learn how government works, how to hold a constitutional convention, how to qualify a candidate, how to destroy lobbying, how to establish single terms, and the list goes on and on.
Finally, read history, read the congressional record of all these events you take for granted in your lives like the declaration of Independance. Read what actually took place not what a failed educational system has spoonfed you. YOu will be amazed. Then take action to restore America or you can continue to ask questions of little relevance as it matters not what the answer is. Study Middle eastern culture and the bible as a historical text and you will understand what your politicians will never understand. Then take action.
The jews were given land that was not for the taking and hold the land because of America which is one of the reasons among many that there is animosity toward america.
Who ultimately will survive will depend upon when China decides to use its might and its coalitions to challenge our depleted society. There has never been a country that won a war that could not make the tools of war. ie world war 2. Now think about our ability as it relates to that of China and answer your own question about jews and the Middle east. The tools are available make use of them. good Luck.

You have no regard for other religions...as though Christianity is all that matters...
You need to remind yourself that your belief is just that...a belief...
I have a difficult time understanding that if we are free to choose a belief of our choice, why then do you scorn and persecute those who excercised that same right as you did?
If that is what your preacher or minister (or whatever you call him) is teaching you as well as how to see yourself above others, I want no part of such brainwashing

They are rebuilding the middle east as suits "their" desires.
They want to be the boss of the world and wont stop until every country that says "no" to them, say yes.
