The Nokia N70 Music Edition is the best. Let me explain why.
Follow the link to read the specifications of the N70 (there is no difference between N70 & N70ME except the fact that N70ME is black in colout and has1GB inbuilt memory)

6280 is just a more refined version of 6270. It has 3G (i've heard that 3G will b comin 2 india soon.but, i'm not sure. its in the testing stages)

The 6233 has a smaller screen size as compared to the others phones. but it does have 3G. (it also has a different symbian OS as compared to the others) However, the small screen is really a put off.
Hence, i recommend the N70 Music Edition .
The Nokia N70ME comes with features like XpressPrint. You also get PC software like Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition with the N70ME which helps you organise and edit your photos. Nokia N70ME comes complete with Quickoffice (viewer for Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat Reader (pdf document viewer)
All these softwares are great and I say so since I myself have a Nokia N70. Also you can download numerous add on application for N70 Music editon from the net (they are in *.sis or java format)

Another major thing is that N70 Music edition has visual radio (even 6233 has visual radio,btw)
It also has so much inbuilt memory which is great.

Every phone of Nokia are the best but the N70 music edition is better than 6270,6280,6233 ....

nokia n70 me is the best mobile among them.not only because it has tagging and artist photo display optins.but because it has the latest symbian os making it a gr8 smartphone as well
along with 3g capabilities

6270 was superseded by the 6280
Otherwise, it comes down to what you want - the 6280 is a good slider phone, however if you want a more compact and stylish looking one, 6233 is it. The N70 is packed with the most features, eg. video calling, however it is a brick.
So...
Slider - 6280
Features - n70
Style - 6233
NB all phones have great features - all the essentials, so it comes down to looks.

Not any one of these your budget was like 20000 or 22000 so u get nokia N 73 that fone have a all function in all uped models i think that was good fone otherwise nokia N70
