How to apply eyeliner like Rachel Bilson?

Does she apply her eyeliner on her inner eyelid or on her lashline for her lower eyelid? Does she have to use an eyeliner brush?

I need some tips. . . Can anyone give me instructions?

By the way I have a liquid eyeliner(which i heard that is not for lower eyelids), kohl eyeliner and waterproof eyeliner.

It looks like she applied liquid eyeliner along the lower lash line and then smudged it.

I wouldn't recommend applying eyeliner on the inner eyelid. It can really irritate your eyes and actually make your eyes look smaller. It's best to draw eyeliner along and above the upper lash line and along the lower lash line.

Liquid eyeliner is great if you're going for a more dramatic look, but it takes practice. Eyeliner pencils are really great to use and the line can be intensified easily.

She is applying on her eyelid. Get a pencil or eyeliner brush and run across eyelid.

line the lower rim with khol & smudge.Use a angled brush to apply a black eyeshadow over it & a lil liquid liner to darken & emphasize the line.Dip brush in concealer & clean the line making sure its neat.
