It may be a couple things...

Perhaps the video screen is open in the background, so chk the bottom of your computer screen to see if there is another open window with the card playing screen...you will have to click on it to re-view the window...

If not, then it could be your "flash" or "shockwave" software that is used to view the software card playing table...You may have to re-install the "plugin software" required for the game.

There may be a highlighted bar at the top of your internet browser that reports "blockup and/or software install blocked - click here for details"

If so, then click and install the plugin software...

Another option may be to try using alternate browsers - such as the New IE, Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape - all of which can be downloaded from Yahoo and/or Google...

Personally I use Mozilla because it provides the best non-microsoft internet browser experience. It can be downloaded for free at:

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Try downloading this - even if the other options may have fixed the issue, and then try to run the game internet software - if it works - keep with Mozilla and don't support the Microsoft world-empire... You will get better function and less viruses...
