Recently my best friend Lerissa posted somrthing on here, alot of people told her the same thing: Tell some one. Well, she didnt. Then last night her dad had her backed up to a stair case and her pshed her backwards and she died that night. How am i suppose to get over the pain of losing my best friend?

i am so sorry. honestly it will take you awhile to get over the pain of losing someone so special to you. just remember you can talk to her and tell her how you feel. write her letters and mostly talking about your pain will help. try not to fill with hate or rage, that will not help you only hurt you. try and forgive him for doing such a horrible thing. remember that there are so many ppl that have lost important loved ones so you are not alone. just try and live your life and make yourself happy because that is what Lerissa would want. Time will heal that pain but it can't dim your love for her. again i am so sorry and i hope God blesses you and her family.

Do you have proof that he pushed her and if you are really serious then i would say ring the police and tell them your concerns and don't let it rest, if something is dodgy they will find out the truth. Kick up a stink and make sure they understand that you really have concerns about what happened to her. I'm sorry for your loss and as for getting over the pain of it only time will heal the pain and getting her dad caught for what he done to her is going to make you feel better too. It won't bring her back but you can make sure that justice is served.

time is the best medicine. My bf died 3 years ago, and my paid have not gone away yet, but it is getting a little better with every year. I have many more to go, i think. Anyways, i am sorry, and i mean it, cause i know how hard it is. Just be strong. There is nothing you can do about the oain. I guess it is just life, we loose people who we love. Just remember her, she ll know.

you are not suppose to get over the pain but you will learn to deal with it through a caring support team of people who love and care for you do not be afraid to talk to someone when you are ready It should get easier to deal with as time goes on but you will never forget her
