You don't have to have a good job or money to be a snob.Snobbery comes from all angles.

Laborers are the only people i really respect, because they are actually working and not just trying to cash in on somone elses work. also a lot of other people are really soft, and some laborers have this attitude towards them aswell.
Anyone who are snobs towards laborers should try doing what they do for a couple of weeks, they might respect them more.

do you mean discrimination against blacks and mexicans? where can you find white laborers anymore?
