For a live performance video to be aired the people involved have to sign a release. if the release isn't signed you tube could be sued by anyone in the video that feels they are being shown in a negative light.
I have in the past worked a few jobs where we would have to post signs or had people sign a release form before we even started the event to inform people that we have the right to repost or broadcast any image that we collect at that event and we had to list how it was to be used

Some videos violate the terms of use... in other words, copyright infringement. People upload things that they do not or are not supposed to legally own.
