Well, from my experience I would say when people call me a lady they usually say- oh you're such a lady or if they're speaking about me to someone then they usually use - oh she is quite a lady and NOT you're lady like. so in spoken english most often when we use lady like we generally refer to a certain action or mannerism that seemed quite dignified & graceful and so we say "oh that's quite lady like..." but when we directly say this to a person we don't usually say it that way !!
