I would pronounce "Camillie" Kuh-mill-lee.
And I would pronounce "Camille" Kuh-mill.
You can spell things however you like, but be warned that people will butcher the pronunciation more as you deviate from the norm.

Camille is pronounced cuh-mill... I would guess Camillie is pronounced cuh-mill-ee but I've never seen this name spelled like that, I've only seen Camille.

I would pronounce it Ka-mill. my sister's name Kami is a nickname for camille- and i know three camille's. plus.. camilee sounds pretty wierd. ca-mill is pretty and a very good name!
