As much as I would personally like to choose Wolverine. I would have to say Superman. Spuerman's super powers clearly overpower Wolverine's. I mean come on, he is a man of steel and he can fly; well in the superman fly way.
Unless... Wolverine has some krypton?

First of all I could beat superman, anybody with kryptonite could beat superman. Well known fact. Now whether you want to mix real logic (where the villain doesnt get away after every episode and actually gets killed) with fiction, albeit both characters are fictional, superman would destroy wolverine, devoid of kryptonite, because Superman is allegedly indestructible throughout as opposed to only his skeleton like wolvie.
Personally I hate superman. Dumbest excuse for a super hereo, apparantly physics dont apply to him. When he flies he doent freeze to death, when hes gets shot bullet do not pierce his costume. I didnt know his costume was indestructible. Of course trying to make sense of fiction is often futile.
As a matter of fact I got a better question, if Kryponite is broken remains of his home planet, how the hell did he live there in the first place? Yeah I know he was just born there, but his parents had super human strength and they lived there! What gives!

Well, is Superman strong enough to...
A. Not be injured by Wolverine's adamantium claws?
B. Tear apart, burn through, freeze, or otherwise "dismantle" Wolverine?
I don't actually know the answers to those questions, but if they are both "yes", then Superman obviously wins. Otherwise Wolverine might have the edge.

Ok, I want to say before I give my answer... I love wolverine, he is a total badass! I also hate superman.... Not accessible to the common man like spider-man or even batman. With that said, my answer:
Superman can move at the speed of light grab logan, fly him in front of sun and throw him in! And that could be done in 3 seconds! Healing factor or not....wolverine is toast.

Wolverine. All ya have to do is get Superman near kryptonite and he'll go down in two hits. Wolverine hitting him and him hittin' the ground.

are yall serious. did yall forget about his laser beam eyes and the fact he can fly?
he doesnt even have to be close to wolverine to kill him.
not to mention super strength. all SM has to do is pick up a building and splatter him.
wolverine may have healing powers. but aint no healin when ur in a million pieces!

Superman would win.
Wolverines claws would not be able to penetrate Superman's skin unless somehow combined with kryptonite, which they aren't.
and even though wolverine is able to heal himself, it doesn't mean that he can't die. he can. and superman can fly him out into space, throw him 20924058 miles away, beat the crap outta him, laser eye him, etc.
