Very often, Borat refers to the gypsies..such as in the movie while buying a Hummer he inquires how fast will he have to drive it to kill one. A gypsy is a derogatory term (like the N word for blacks) for ethnic groups in the Middle East, Southern and Eastern Europe, Southeast and Central Asia, and even Ireland. It's bad enough for Borat to call you a gypsy, but even worse a Jew.
