Well I wouldn't worry too much as everyone looks very natural after swimming. I don't think it would be wise to wear makeup as it would just end up running everywhere. If you really want something I'd recommend waterproof mascara, some tinted moisturizer with SPF and maybe some lip balm.

Coming from a make-up junkie, I made sure I was tan first then just wear waterproof mascara, all of the new long wearing make-up are great, just don't wear too much cuz trust me you will probably get made fun of.

An interesting question which begs another -
why do you look so different? Are you putting on too much make-up? Don't you like the way you look without it?
If you attract a man with make-up, what will he think of you when he sees you without it?
