I can sympathize with you,your problem is fairly unique but not without precedent
Each case has to be treated on an individual basis.
most candidates with the same problem are usually kept away from the general public,so it is difficult to get any reliable information about a cure.

Contact local ghost hunters and charge admission for them to come and try and photograph it and get emf readings on it. You may not get rid of it, but you could make some money .
