It probably does exist, but the people who have offered you the job, has nothing to do with the company. It is a phishing scam, they are trying to learn your Identity, to sell it for profit or worse, terrorist activity. Don't go for it. I have been a victim of Identity theft, and I have been around it for over three years. I got into brokering a service that helps protect people from it, if you think you might be interested send me an email and I will send you a link that will tell you all about the service I broker.

If they sent you an email that starts "dear friend" - and does NOT use your name - then its scam. I mean if they cannot be bothered to find out your name, then you cannot be bothered to work for them.

IF they ask for all your personal details - well then its a scam as any reputable company would already know this info before they wrote top you.

And if it was a legit job they should have used a referral name (we got your name from Joe Bloggs who works at BP oil). IF you know the referral person then you can check with them.

IF none of these conditons are met - then IGNORE the email and delete it.

Did you apply for a job with them???

If Not, it is DEFINITELY a scam !!

Have no contact with them, do not send information, do not send money.
