My four children mean everything to me. It wasn't always this way, but once I looked into the eyes of my oldest son (and he cooed at me), I was gone. They're is nothing in the world better than being a Mom. The more kids I had the more I realised what was important in the world, the less selfish I became, and the more I wanted to devote my life to them.
Also, nothing compares to the unconditional love that you get from them in return. There used to be a time where I more focused on getting things to make myself happy. Now I get the biggest thrill when my kids hug me Good Morning and kiss me Good Night. They walk up to me at various times of the day and just give me a hug, or tell me they Love me. It's like winning an Oscar/Emmy/Grammy everyday of the year!
