It's a hill in Washington State, USA, that has what appears to be the numbers 20981 "written" on the top in very large digits. There's a video going around the net called "The World's Mysterious Places Part II" with a very brief shot of it. Looks a little like what the Nazca lines in Peru might look like if they'd been done by aliens who wore digital watches.
