I have windows xp, ms word 2003, and eazy paper,. which worked fine , but now it wont work.help pls?

it worked but my brother did a varieety of things and now the computer acts like i never bought eazy paper (which is a program to format college papers/thesis, etc,. similar to perrla) I need to get formated in apa, but the problem comes up as runtime error, and when it prints each line says no macros i even bought the program again, and it still doesnt' work...

you might have to reistall all the software. from the state. you should have a disk from when you purchased the computer. or possible find the area that your brother re figured and return to the orginal settings.
