Everytime I try to chat on my msn it logs me off and sends an error report?

Did I download a virus or is it just me?

please uninstall the program you have now, then go to www.msn.com and download and install the new version "live" you may need also to have installde the windows updates and the ".NET framework" good luck.

just uninstall then install it again
u dont need the .net framework
