If you are truly committed to each other then you should get married. Living together is a cop-out. Marriage is a profession of your love and loyalty. Wedding rings are not just jewelry... to me, my ring is the pride I have in my wife... displayed right there where anyone can see it. Of course if you have children together then there are dozens of legal, moral, and ethical reasons for you to create a union that takes work... work to maintain... and work to dissolve. If you are only ready to live with someone then you are not ready to be married anyway.

Get married for sure! We were living together before we were married and nothing's changed, but it's nice to say my husband instead of my partner or my fiance or my boyfriend. I'd definately be living with someone before I married them, & then marriage is just the next progression to cement it that you're together forever...

Get married. I have never been against living together, but after my fiance and I started dating and became serious, I knew that this was someone I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I am ready for a more serious commitment.

Hi Rocky, I had a phyical and abuse marriage. I will never marry again. This is a promise i have made to myself. If i find someone that i truely have deep feeling i would live with this person. At Least if something happens and you decide you 2 or not meant to be together you can grab your hat and move on.This is the way i plan on doing my life now.
A Friend.

I would rather be married. I don't believe in playing house first, especially if I love the person. If you love the person enough to live with them you might as well get married.

Live together. Not only is the tax break better than being married, but no nasty divorce when the *&^% hits the fan.
